Axon Partners provides talent recruitment and placement services, specifically connecting US-based technology companies ("Clients") with senior ML/AI engineers from Eastern Europe ("Candidates"). Our services include:

• Sourcing and screening Candidates based on Client requirements
• Conducting technical and soft skills assessments
• Presenting shortlists of pre-vetted Candidates to Clients
• Facilitating introductions and supporting the hiring process

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

By submitting a contact or lead form on the Site, you authorize Axon Partners to contact you via the email address provided for the purpose of discussing your recruitment needs. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract or obligation on either party.

We will endeavor to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

Formal recruitment engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Axon Partners and the Client. Key terms typically include:

• Success-based fee: Our placement fee is payable only upon the successful hiring of a Candidate introduced by Axon Partners.
• Replacement guarantee: We offer a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed Candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days of their start date, we will source a replacement at no additional fee.
• Exclusivity: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our services are non-exclusive.

Specific fee amounts, payment terms, and additional conditions are set out in the individual engagement agreement.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Axon Partners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we take reasonable steps to vet Candidates, we do not guarantee the performance, suitability, or continued employment of any Candidate placed through our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axon Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
